Pokemon GO’s ranked PvP system the “GO Battle League” is set to come out early 2020. While we don’t have every single detail on the GO Battle League, Pokemon GO’s 12/11 announcement shed some additional light on it. We now know that the GO Battle League will have trainers battle in all three Pokemon leagues: Great League, Ultra League, and Master League. We also now know that there will be 10 Ranks in the GO Battle League with rewards associated with them. With this information we can begin to prepare for Pokemon GO’s ranked PvP arena!

In this video I’m going to give you some solid, sober tips in preparing for all three battle formats, including: the best picks, optimal IV spreads, and stardust management. Overall, the number 1 tip I have is to hold out on powering stuff up until the GO Battle League is released. Pokemon GO can flip the meta game on its head with just a single update. You don’t want to potentially waste your stardust!
