I kept telling myself I would make this video if the situation ever occurred and last night the situation actually did occur so I filmed the experience. Some people are going to hate on me for this but I just have to say that everyone plays differently and it’s just a game. I waste a lot of time and gas on this game and I don’t feel like spoofing 20 feet is that big of a deal vs trespassing or missing a spawn that I already drove out for. Anyway I actually couldn’t even get the spoofing to work during this episode because the method I use is trash anyway. Lucky for me someone came up and opened the gate and I was able to get inside quickly to get the Magmar that was inside. Technically what I did is trespassing but I happen to know this location is super chill so it was fine. But I do think there will be situations where this spoofing method could help avoid trespassing or missing a catch entirely. I’m curious if others would do it. I’ve saved it for pretty much the most desperate situations but I have used the method before in a tight spot. I wonder if others have too and how people feel about it in general.
