The Ex Raid system has been out for about two months, or at least Niantic has been testing it for two months. Its been overall a very confusing system. While analyzing the ways in which passes have been distributed, I’ve come up with a theory on how the lottery works, when certain types of raids happen, and how you yourself could get a pass.
