To Triple Power Up a Pokemon in Pokemon Go, first you need enough stardust to power up the Pokemon three times along with the appropriate amount of candy. You need three phones total, all logged into the same Pokemon Go account. You need to initiate the POWER UP button simultaneously on all 3 phones in order to properly execute this procedure to get your Pokemon to level 40. Only Pokemon Go players level 38 and above can do this. When you are level 38 and above, there is currently a glitch in the game where it prevents you from fully powering up your Pokemon, this is how to get around that.
